Who We Are.

I have been petsitting worldwide for over 10 years. As with most businesses it started out as a necessity. I was living in New Zealand and my eldest daughter was living in the UK. We wanted to see each other for extended periods but living together for months on end didn’t work! I decided that as an animal lover, I would start pet sitting. I managed to spread the word, subscribed to a few websites and before I knew it I had actually become one! I haven’t looked back and love every minute of this fantastic, amazing and rewarding job.

I work with animals but the reality is that it never feels like work at all! Join K9Hub today to start or to grow your business because a life working with dogs is happy, fun and enjoyable. I know as I have been doing it for quite a while and I wouldn’t want to do anything else!

Anita, Hugh & Fitz came to stay with Mia our Dalmatian for 3 weeks whilst we were away on holiday. We were just about to start a major renovation of our apartment when they came but they were brave and came anyway! When we returned we couldn't believe how spotless the apartment was. We were happy and Mia undoubtedly was. Anita and Hugh are a wonderful couple and couldn't have looked after Mia or our apartment better. They are totally trustworthy and we are delighted that Anita has agreed to come back again in July - this time to a much nicer place. We are so happy to know that Anita will be here to look after Mia and our lovely, newly renovated, apartment.

I highly recommend Anita to look after your pets. She stayed at our house and looked after our pets with great care. One of our dogs had to have medication twice daily and Anita administered this and looked after all our animals with the utmost care. Anita also watered our plants, collected the mail and put out the rubbish on rubbish day. I would have no hesitation booking Anita again. Five stars + rating. She has a lovely personality, easy to get along with and goes the extra mile. I look forward to booking her again sometime in the future 🙂

It was an absolute pleasure having Anita and Hugh to look after our 2 dogs and house while we were overseas for 2.5 weeks. We can't recommend them highly enough to others that are considering using them. They were lovely to deal with and were proactive at communicating and organising their stay. We received updates about our dogs regularly and the house was pristine when we returned. We will definitely be using them again in the future if they are available.

Anita and Hugh house sat for two weeks over Christmas & new year. They did a fantastic job, and we would be delighted to have them to stay and look after our home, dogs and cat again. Our animals are fairly demanding and high maintenance, but nothing was too much for Anita & Hugh. The house was in a great state when we came back, the animals were happy and well cared for and we hope they can come again.

Anita provided more care, love and attention to my beloved pets - Lottie and Molly - than I could have ever asked for. I was worried about leaving them for three weeks, particularly my puppy, but Anita put me at ease straight away and I didn't have a moment of concern from then onwards. Lottie, my spaniel had a wonderful time and enjoyed some wonderful play dates with other dogs (she adores other dogs) and most importantly company. I will be looking for dates for Anita to come again asap :). I know lottie is already missing her fun companion. I would recommend Anita to anyone. If you want someone who will put your pets first, she is your women!

Anita cared for our two dogs and home for a fortnight during August this year. Truly the best holiday experience ever, as we just knew everything at home was in very capable hands and that included a dog feeling under the weather. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Anita for your housesitting needs and feel we have met a very special lady and friend capable of rising to any challenge.

We were absolutely confident that our house and dogs were in caring and capable hands with Anita and Hugh for the 6 weeks we were the other side of the world. I cannot recommend them too highly. Wonderful home-carers and a brilliant system. Thank you to all.
